Anoka Municipal Utility (AMU) is currently in transition to a new customer portal which will allow customers to view their bill, pay their bill, set alerts and much more.  

To view your bills from December 2020 to November 2021, please continue to register and log in as shown below.   The link to view your bills starting December 13th 2021 will be posted on that day.

How to Register

  1. Go to Anoka Secure Document View
  2. Click Register
  3. Type your Full Name as it appears on your bill
  4. Type your Account Number as it appears on your bill (do include the dashes, 00-000000-00)
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Choose a user name.
  7. You will receive an email confirming registration, which will lead you back to the website to set your password. The passwords require 8 characters which must include at least one number. An example of a valid password is municipal1.
  8. You can reset your password from the website anytime by clicking Forgot Password.

Pay Bills Online

Use our online web payment service, a third-party payment center called Paymentus. They charge only a small convenience fee to pay online, or over the phone - no matter the time of day or night!
