ACE Solid Waste Awarded Residential Recycling Contract

REMINDER:  Effective April 1, 2021, ACE Solid Waste, Inc. will be the new residential recycling service provider for Anoka city residents, both single family and multi-family properties. The current residential recycling contract with Republic Services, Inc. expires on March 31, 2021.  

Cart Distribution 

Delivery of the new ACE recycling carts and containers for both single family and multi-family properties will take place March 15-26. With your cart, recycling information and the service calendar will be included, plus information about the free app and WasteWizard tool. Pay close attention to the service calendar provided and note if you receive the red or black service schedule - then follow that schedule.  

Please begin using the new ACE carts/containers on April 1, 2021 (not before). Republic Services will pick up the blue recycling carts March 22nd-26th. Those will be removed after the last service by Republic, so please leave them out and keep them empty after your last service date, until the truck picks them up. In some cases it may take a day or two between the last service date and the removal date.
