American Red Cross: Babysitter's Training Course
The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training course is to provide youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid & CPR. This training is designed for youths ages 11 to 15. *Participants will NOT become certified in CPR with this course.*
Youth participating will receive an American Red Cross Babysitter's Manual, first aid kit, CPR mouth barrier, and activities kit.
Course will take place at Anoka City Hall, 2015 1st Ave, Anoka, MN 55303. Youth will need to bring a lunch with them for during the class.
Course Fee: $25.00

Tuesday, March 16, 2021 9:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday, March 18, 2021 9:00am - 3:00pm
